ABOUT US
Each week, our Class brings together about 160 married and single adults for fellowship and learning - people genuinely enjoying one another's company.
We feel blessed that our Mission and Scholarship Funds support many worthwhile causes.
The key elements of our ministry include fellowship, learning, small-group Bible studies, outreach activities, small social groups, and projects in our local community.
Our primary teacher is the Rev. Dr. John Goodale, Pastor of Caring Ministries. Our regular meeting time begins at 9:35 a.m. in the YMCA building accross from the church.
When you walk in to Pathfinders the first time, it is our hope that you begin to feel at home and that Pathfinders is a place where you can meet and make new friends, sing praises to the Lord, pray together and study His Word. There is a rich tradition of spirit-led teaching over fifty years.
From the beginning, God created us to live in a community. Pathfinders are blessed to be a part of the family of our Lord and enjoy being with our brothers and sisters in Christ.
Small groups bring an increased sense of family to Pathfinders. Dessert groups have enhanced the fellowship and closeness of Pathfinders. These groups meet monthly in homes and enjoy getting to know one another better while tasting some of the best cooking delights available in the area. New groups are formed twice a year in order to provide an ever-changing mix of members and to provide easy access for new members.
Social and entertainment events each year include a Christmas Party, Valentine's Day Banquet, an Annual Hymn Sing, a summer visit to the Eagles Nest Ranch in Elbert (courtesy of Art and Ruth Raun), a bi-annual Retreat, and various concert and sporting events.
